There will be one less Canadian performing during the second weekend of Coachella.

Ukrainian-Canadian electronic artist Rezz has cancelled her set at the California music festival, citing undisclosed health issues that “need to be addressed.”

In a social media post, the Ontario DJ and producer — born Isabelle Rezazadeh — said she has been pushing through her recent shows despite her body telling her she needed a break.

Known for her dark, grungy sound and signature LED spiral goggles, Rezz was the only other Canadian on the Coachella lineup besides Justin Bieber.

She dropped her latest EP, A Shift in Perspective, days before her Coachella set last weekend.

‘I need a real break’

In her statement, Rezz apologized to “anyone who may be disappointed.”

“My body has been whispering for a while that I need a real break, but I continued to push thinking it would be fine,” she wrote.

“I have to put my health first, as things going on need to be addressed.”

Representatives for Rezz said she was not available for further comment.

She wrote on social media that she will be uploading the set for her first Coachella performance to YouTube soon, saying it’s something she’s “super proud of.”

“I love u all, I hope u understand. It’s gonna be a process for my healing,” she wrote.

“Thank you Coachella I’m grateful I got to perform last weekend now it’s time to focus on my health.”
